Shipping.
Atlantic Diesel Services Limited will endeavour to get your parts to you in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.
We use DHL and other major delivery companies for shipment to Ireland and the UK.
For Europe and Global Shipments, we use DHL, UPS and FedEx.
If shipping costs to your country are not available in our online shop, or if you have any requests or questions about shipping, please contact us .
Atlantic Diesel Services Limited does not accept responsibility for any unforeseen delays in delivery of an item to the Buyer, including but not limited to:
- The courier experiencing difficulties finding the delivery address.
- Any errors incurred by the courier during the process of the delivery.
- The buyer providing an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
- The cut off time for an item being delivered next day within Ireland is 11am Monday to Friday. Our latest pickup time from DHL is 11am. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday.
Returns.
Any part can be returned to us within 7 days of the invoice date. The part must be unused and returned to us in its original packaging. If there is no fault with the part or the incorrect part was ordered, customers will be responsible for the costs associated with its return.
